Goal
We were asked to design and develop a new website for Belmont Equity Partners, an Oakville-based boutique real estate investment and development company. Their goal was to develop a responsive website that is user-friendly and informs prospects about their services and experience.

Our Idea
Our goal was to develop a website that presented Belmont Equity Partners as a small team with big experience. Working only from their existing logo, we designed a website that ticked all the boxes for their needs: clear messaging, simple navigation and an intuitive user experience on any device.

To capture the quality of Belmont’s work, we art directed several photo shoots, including two of their developments and their spectacular office space.
